Welcome to LibraryBook ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LibraryBook mobile application ("App") and services provided by LibraryBook.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LibraryBook.

2.3

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3.2 Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account using Google Sign-In or Facebook Sign-In

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and update your information

You are responsible for:

• All activities under your account

• Maintaining confidentiality of credentials

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate laws or regulations

• Infringe intellectual property

• Share harmful or inappropriate content

• Harass or abuse others

• Impersonate any entity

• Access accounts without authorization

• Use bots or automated tools

• Disrupt App functionality

• Collect user data without consent

• Use the App commercially without permission

• Create fake bookings or fraud

• Share misleading information

• Spam users

No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

11.5 Maximum Liability

Limited to fees paid in last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LibraryBook against claims arising from your use, violations, or shared content.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

Account deletion via settings.

13.2 Termination by Us

Suspension or termination for violations or inactivity.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Access ceases; certain clauses survive.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

Laws of India; courts of Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

14.2 Resolution Process

Negotiation → Arbitration under Indian law.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

15. Modifications to Terms
